A: Depending on construction type and location it can go more or less from 975 usd to 1,900 usd per square meter. The first corresponds to a light construction (US style) with no frills and easily accessible and the latter corresponds to a superior standard house, referencing the OUR STANDARDS page. How long does it take to build a house?

A: It depends on various factors like location, season and existing services. Best case scenario for a 120m2 house including permitting is 8 to 10 months.

Q: Can I use the investment for my residency?

A: Yes. Every payment will receive an official receipt which you can use for your residency as investor or declaring it someplace else.
